Day Two

Today I had a different body test to do and I dramatically improved my Wii Fit age by knocking off 13 years, which I am very pleased about. My bmi and weight also decreased, I'm heading in the right direction.
I trained today for 26 minutes, it may not seem like much, but its a good start.
All the exercises I tried today, I improved on, even though its only by a small amount, every little improvement helps.
The most difficult balance exercise I find is the heading, I'm sure I will learn how to improve the more I practise.

My First Day On Wii Fit

First I did the Wii test and my Wii Fit age was 46, unfortunately thats quite a bit more than my actual age! but I intend to lower my Wii Fit age over time. My bmi was 24, so I'm just in the ideal section. I have set a target to lose 1 stone in 2 months.

The first game I tried was the step aerobics, which is my favourite game so far. I had quite a good rhythm and got a few perfect steps, my total points were 251. I then had a go at the jogging, in which i burnt 88%. The hula came next and I ended up with 3 hoops, and did a total of 145 spins. My first attempt at the ski jump was an impressive 116m.

I am looking forward to working towards my goals and becoming a healthier person.
